What makes you happy?
It is worth a thought or two! Take 30 seconds to think about what is it? Not something outside yourself that you have no control over but rather something you do or think about or remember!!
Remember yourself in that space and time. It just takes a moment or two. Then, try and recreate that space inside you. Practice it; embrace it and see how, you can engage in that inner space throughout your day, your week, your life.
